Default aluminum flywheel and boost?

i have heard alot of mixed reviews on the aluminum flywheel and boost combo.

so i want to hear ups and downs and who has. etc....

it will build boost a bit faster, and drop out of boost just as fast

this isnt due to the alum. flywheel. Its due to the weight, some chromoly flywheels weigh as much as alum. flywheels.
