all you nitrous guy's
im stuck with whats good all around cam for the motor and somthing that works great with nitours. As of now im running sk2 stage 1 but i would like to get a little bigger cam? i want to stay motor/nitrous. please help me if you can.

you really cant have both. nitrous cams really work well with no overlap. all work well with overlap so you have to choose. i am running nitrous on an everyday car and off nitrous i loss some power from the stock cams but on nitrous. man there is a big diference. hope this helps you out

Big Overlap = Bad
Joking aside, camshaft selection plays a little role in the effectiveness of nitrous. If you are running something crazy like 102 lobe seperation then, sure, you'll see a decrease in performance on the bottle (compared to a cam with less overlap). But unless you are looking at spraying over 150HP I wouldn't sweat it at all. If you are looking for the most bang for the buck I wouldn't even waste the money on cams, just spray a little more nitrous.
