Default All crank pullies the same?

I know the B20 is different, but are the rest of the b-series pullies the same? B16, B18C, and B18B?

The only difference that i can tell is that the B18A/B crank pullies have a larger diameter AC section compared to teh B16's and B18C's. The same might be true for the B20's.
