Default After all the corrected and uncorrected convos....

well after all the post about corrected dyno numbers and utah..I figured I would run mine uncorrected and see what she made..this run was at 34 psi of boost..it did spike to 37 psi at first but quickley dropped down to 34 to 34 1/2 range..

IF PIC DOES NOT SHOW UP REFRESH PAGE..

dip in the sheet after 8K is from a rich spot that has been corrected..

the first ones ver v1... only one side of the lsd (drivers) was beveld for the axles to coe out... the pass. side wasnt and they got stuck... not to mention some of the v1's werent properly assembled and such... theyve swapped over to a french company that makes them now, no more axle or assembly problems... for 385 sjhipped i cant really bitch. im just trying to figure out what to do about shimming it because ive heard with the ons that use the sealed bearings that the smallest honda shim is still too big

I recently did one and had to change shim....theres a few ways to measure it but I found the best way was to install it with the current shim...you torque down the case without the gears in it and no honda bond and measure the clearence with a feeler gauge....

If you get the wrong clearence measure the shim with a micrometer and do the math to figure the size you will need...order about 4 shims off the chart to make sure you have a selection

Do you know if this is also true for the Prelude H22 OBX LSD? Was there a part number change with the v2? Where are they for 385 shipped?

Thanks,
Dave

b18turbo has the b-series ones for 385 but thats what he quoted me.... im not sure but id assume that the changes apply. the reason the axles would get stuck is that the input wasnt beveled.... but im putting anti-seize on mine to keep them from work hardening together..... im probably gona take the diff apart and harden them to about 60 rockwell (formula sae team.... free hardening and rockwell testing)
