Icon5 AFI Headers Stud Size

I just shoved the engine into my 99 Ek hatch. I can't find studs that work to mount my turbo. Anyone own these headers and know the size of the studs?

Sorry if that didn't come across well. At the flange, there are the holes where studs are supposed to be to mount a turbo. I no longer have those and I can't find anything that fit. Hope that clears it up.

If its the head flange, order them from honda. If its the turbo mounting flange, order some grade 8 studs or grade 8 flanged bolts.

I have the ones that mount to the head. I don't know the size of the ones to mount the turbo.

Is either the turbo flange or the manifold mating flange threaded ?

The manifold side is threaded. I'll see if I can get in there and get a photo if needed.

The manifold is likely 10mm x 1.25 pitch, but this is not a guarantee. Why don't you take the turbo manifold to Lowe's and try a few different sized bolts to see which one fits ?

Co-sign. From one of the AFI manifolds I had like that, it was indeed a 10mm x 1.25 pitch at about 16mm length that went through the T3 or T4 flange to the turbine inlet. But this was according to my old notes

I'll try that. These headers are ancient though. Probably from 07 or 08 of I had to guess.
