Default AEM FPR questions

I installed a high flow fuel pump and my B&M can only lower the fuel pressure to 42 Psi. I decided to get the AEM FPR and it lowered my fuel pressure to 38 Psi. The AEM FPR came with 3 fittings anyone know wich one fitting will lower the fuel pressure lower? Here is what it says on the instructions. Black = .001 Gold .002 Silver .003

I want my fuel pressure around 34 but not shure what fitting I have to install inside the FPR.

why do you want the fuel pressure to run so low? I have heard that 36-38 is the norm...
