I've beening using that version for a few days now. its nice. fixed quit a few bugs. i like the new shift light vs gear option too. it loads and connects allot faster.
I tuned a DSM with that version yesterday and it put down 398whp and 315wtq.

Its got alot of minor big fixes. Proudly some that I had posted in their thread requesting feedback.

I noticed that a new firmware was up too. I check the forums everyday to see if they are back up. I'm getting upset. I've never upgraded my EMS on my own. Is it easy? I know I am running the v1.11 now.

converting from 1.11 to 1.19 is easy, you have to do a manual conversion but it works perfect. i have been using v1.17 for a few months now with no problems at all. the warmup enrichment for the accel fuel works great and the feature that opens aem log after you do a pc log is really nice.. you can also assign any output a switched input.

1.17 never came out of beta testing... i guess you could say 1.17 is the beta version of 1.19

i actually just downloaded it and had a problem...
i was previously using version 1.11
i downloaded version 1.19
i tried to convert my personal v1.11 cal file to v1.19.
i thought it worked, then i realized my map sensor was reading 25psi with the car off???
i called up aem and told them. they didnt know...
they told me to put a base map on the ecu, and turn on the correct map sensor. I did this and it was reading correctly. So, i had to copy and paste all my data from v1.11 to v1.19 to get it to work correctly. Not fun. I thought converting my old cal file was going to be a lot easier.
I just thought i'd give a heads up on my experience with changing over to 1.19

This maybe a little off topic I'll ask while i'm thinking about it.I have an old AEM ems that I bought new on ebay. While it had never been used it has version .66.Can I just burn a new eeprom with the newest vertion and start from there?

As far as the conversion notes go, is all that fuel pump output/map sensor/ac fan/O2 feedback stuff necessary? I mean I understand the basic converting the v1.11 to v1.19, but I got lost when it wants you to change all other things that I just noted above. Shouldn't my map already be good to go for v1.19???

basicly to copy/paste the map, start with the startup map for the ems you have, then copy/paste whatever you changed to the startup map

I do not think this version is full ready. I tried going back to the last v1.11 and it won't work. It says "No installation for this ECU or... when trying to flash the firmware through the update ECU firware wizard. So I am stuck with a version that has more bugs, in my case, than v1.11 has.
