i got the calibration... it looks pretty normal other than the fact that who ever tuned it dosnt know how to tune boost comp properly.. but thats fine and not causing the problem.
the 2step was changed to 3000 rpms so thats not it. o2 fb was turned on.. thats the only thing i see.. as the calibration has nothing setup for a wideband...

how much boost are you running?
he didnt pull much timing back in high boost. not a good idea.
but as JDogg said the fuel map is a little wack.
I dont know what else to tell u except check your base timing, take o2 feedback off and make sure your afr's are on target

i did some figurein and fixed the fuel map and had him turn off the o2 fb.. if that dosnt work then we are gona go with option B. its not the computer and might have something to do with oil in teh distributor
