TIAL BLOW OFF VALVE

TIG WELDED 2.5" CHARGE PIPING

UBERDATA CHIPPED ECU

WALBRO UP RATED FUEL PUMP
ACT UPRATED CLUTCH PLATE AND PRESSURE PLATE
right lads thats the spec on the car at the mo .so now he says ill need gasket set, shells for the bottom end , (bearings, big ends and main bearings) to complete the set up just need any advice whatsoever on this lads as im new to to all this engine building crack this is the rest of the stuff i bought off him
1.8 integra block b18c been overbored .25 i have wiseco pistons to match and eagle rods

act extreme pressure plate and clutch plate an eagle block guard i have skunk 2 adjustable front camber arms and rear omni adjustable camber arms oh and another turbo manifold

and i have a 14.5 psi spring or 1 bar
and ive been told it should run 360-380 bhp on that block with my setup

1) would it be a wise decision to change the bearings to new ones the ones that are in it are fine but with the extra hp would it wise to get fresh shells?

2) would i need a new oil pump , again the one in the car is fine but just in case dont realy want to go changing this either unless i have too ,

3) i need a gasket set, would a standard gasket set for the b18c do from ebay?? and the head gasket can anyone recomend which head gasket i should go for hks , apexi etc and wat thickness would be the best???

cheers in advance lads, need advice from the experts

I think that if you want to make 380whp u should build the motor.

change:

oil pump
water pump
bearings rods and mains
timing belt/tensioner
all gaskets

get a stock headgasket they work just as good as any other

your engine build is not something to skimp on it is the hardest to get to and can be a very big headache. do it right the first time it wont cost you THAT much. and if you cant afford it then maybe you shouldnt be building it anyways.

you definately need to change the bearings even more so than the belts...you can get by without changing the belts but think about it...what happens if your bearing spins and locks up....oops now my crank is bad all for saving like 100 bucks

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/

you can get all your OEM parts here...or your local honda dealership...ive found it is usually about the same price after shipping. If you dont have the tools to build it yourself i would recommend having someone do it. You can do it yourself but its safer to have someone experienced do it. But with that said you have to start somewhere.

just a side note...look up camber kits....im not sure you understand what they are.

A camber kit adjust the angle of your tires, if your car is lowered you will notice that the tires and wheels lean in towards the canter of the car, when you intall the camber kit, you take the car to an alignment shop so that the wheels and tires can be made straight up again..... easiest way for me to put it.
