from my experience they suck. Ive seen plenty. theres a dyno at my work. The best numbers ive seen are 230hp on a gsr with water injection, injecotrs, pms piggback and 13 psi.

My friends turbo gsr makes 280 at 8 psi. thats much better.

If you just want a little fun its ok but youll eventually want more and thats when you'll be disappointed.

My personal view of the JR is that its good for low end tq (something you will need for that b16) and good realiablity. You wont get big power gains like a turbo, but you certainly deal with alot less IMO when you go with JRSC. I thought about a JRSC for my LS, that way it will stay more realible and less expensive then a turbo setup. but still get some power and be good for daily driving

turbo is for the EG hatch im gonna get

I have no problems with my JRSC, I love it...check my Sig...6psi @221WHP on my GSR powered Coupe.... I know it's putting down more than that now since I changed out my DC header to a Kamikaze one and redid my exhaust to 2.5 thru-out.... I will get another dyno run done and see how much more those numbers will increase with the new items....

A note to the anti-jrsc idiots.....
go jerk off in your "tUrBoMafIa" threads yo and leave ours alone.

back to topic, the jr blower on the b16 will work well as long as it's tuned properly. Ensure you have enough fuel, and 200whp is not hard to come by.

Hell, I polished off a 13.3 with 235whp on my jrsc GSR before I decided to build the hell out of it.

Hey Hypa,
what was your setup to put down those 235WHP on your GSR? It's always good to find a JRSC'd GSR to see what works and what doesn't....
