Get the ACT Heavy duty pressure plate. It'll be more than enough for your needs and very streetable.

I had good luck with my ACT. The heavy duty PP is nice and won't kill your calf. I'm about to try a competition clutch stage 4, hopefully it will be as good as my ACT.

i just blew my ls vtec, rod knock, gonna rebuild and put new clutch
