Default AC friendly manifold options

Hey everyone, 'tis the season of tax return coming up and I'm doing as much research as I can for my boosting options.

OTHER than the greddy kit, BLOX and the inlineFOUR manifold, what are my other options for AC friendly manifolds?

This will be on an EM1 with the B16a2 btw

Thanks!

edit, just found out about Blox

Synapse Turbo also makes a nice a/c and p/s ramhorn manifold for a good price ($750)

the em1 has more room so it should be easier to fit. but yeah the cast logs or the SPA cast top mount or an a/c friendly tubular unit wil al work with some minor modifications

Cool beans. For the cast logs I mentioned above, what brand/ size turbo am I limited to?

Basically, if I cant find a used greddy kit. I was planning on piecing it together with the blox mani and finding a used Mitsu 18G turbo. Possible?

you are basicaly limited to a t3/t4 with an E cover, possibly some severe block grinding might ft an S cover. biggest turbo ive seen is a sc6152e capable of 600+ or the spa cast you can definatly run a t3/t4 s cover. also your limited to the ford 5bolt turbine housing on the cast logs

Sometimes what they sell as one thing isn't exactly what it is. I know my two Turbonetics have a 20192 compressor housing and it's sold as a T04E usually, but if you look it up, it's a T04B.

SLS makes a great manifold...Great quality and construction. They are my favorite along with PFAB.

something to be especially aware of with these AC ramhorn manifold is the impractical location of the wastegates placement. while the full-race version has a slightly better design do to the curved inlet to the wastegates elbow, rather than the gasses having to take a direct 90 degree turn, its still difficult to control boost creep because of the wastegates placement. I highly recommend from personal experience that anyone running a turbo the size of a T3-60-1 of large to run the vbanded 44mm wastegate.

I will be customing my creepboost AC manifold with a 2.5 inch elbow with a 60mm tial wastegate recirculating back into the exhaust in july. I am in california for training currently. I will post pictures of this and give feedback.

I want to be able to run 7psi in 1st and 2nd gear with recirculating...
