91 integra more boooost??
I have a 91 boosted integra and i am only running 6 pisi right now and i want to run more. i have a sk2 IM, hondata IM gasket, vortech fmu, with a T3/T4 turbo kit with a 38mm wastegate and hks BOV. I am getting arp headstuds and a cometic triple layer head gasket. what size injectors would be good and what else would i need to run more psi safely. im also thinking about getting some crower turbo cams.

If you want to make more power, you're going to need to change a few things with your setup. First of all, the FMU has got to go. Get a chipped P28 on Crome and get it tuned. That's the cheapest safe method of tuning. It should only set you back a few hundred bucks. As for the injectors, you could get a set of DSM 450cc's but you'll be limited shy of 300whp. If you're ok with that, then find a set. You will also need a Walbro 255lph fuel pump if you dont have one already. Another thing to consider is whether or not your clutch can handle the power you're looking to make.
There are a lot of other things you need to consider before just upping the boost and hoping for the best. I would focus on the necessary parts and forget things like "turbo cams" for now...Once you have a solid setup together, consider cams and other things. Finally, you dont need to get a 3 layer cometic gasket. The stock HG is just fine...even without ARPs although i suggest them

I'm surprised nobody said fuel pump. Only the models that came stock with DOHC VTEC motors have decent pumps. More boost with an FMU means far more fuel pressure. Your stock pump will meet an agonizing death if you try to do that. Not only that, but you'll be running some VERY aggressive timing. That will cook your motor regardless of how thick the HG is.
FYI I've seen stock heads & intakes make very impressive power, such as 394whp on a stock head/cam/intake D16Z6. If you saved the money you spent on the intake & hondata gasket, then combined it with the money you want to put into a Cometic HG, you could have had a decent dyno tune on something like Crome.

Where's a good place to get a chipped p28 ecu with crome pro now a days? Buddy's putting a kit together for him car, but we can't seem to find a place to find a chipped p28 ecu with crome pro already installed.
Just buy a chipped p28, then get crome pro? What about his wideband? Does the chipped p28 have slots for wideband inputs?
Also, is that price right? 175 for a p28, then ONLY $5.00 to have hondata s300 installed also? Or am I reading that wrong, lol.

ive read some more and i think i will get the dsm 450cc injectors, ARP's, 255lph fuel pump, get a p28 ecu, and lose the fmu. would i need to get an AFC to control the injectors?
