8.5 c/r?

Default 8.5 c/r?

i have a b16a with a t3/t4 drag turbo for my civic. if i ran a 8.5c/r with this be to low? any info would be very helpful thanks.

too low, you would not have much of a powerband. Try somehwere between 9 and 10.

I don´t think it is way too low. For high boost application it is a good one.

it may be good for real high boost, but this guy said nothing about his setup, just that he has a DRAG kit. Most of those with the DRAG kit are running on the street. 8.5 = no good for the street.

this is going to be for a street setup but a friend of mine has a set of brand new je8.5 pistons rings and a set of rods for $600.....this is a great deal but i guess i will wait to get 9.0c/r..

i recommend 9:1 also, i think you'll benifit with that the most with your set up.
