That raises a question I have. What's the deal with NHRA and superchargers? I assume that NHRA's ban on turbos about a million years ago is what resulted in the popularity of blowers? I wonder what the whole muscle car era would have been like if it weren't for the NHRA rule against turbos....

Uh, actually, it is street legal.
From what I know, its 18PSI, Catapillar Diesel Turbo. (really f-n big!)
and there's a laptop in the passenger seat.

I saw that at kilkare back in late july and august, turbo is bigger than a dinner plate and ran a 7 or 8 it was nuts. One time his reaction time was 5+ seconds to give the other a guy a chance btw i think its t-88

T-88? No way! Howie, the guy who owns, drives and builds that Corvette previously had a street legal Mustang that ran 8.55 - and powered by a T100 - This turbo is WAAAY bigger than that T100.

I think its mostly driven for the King of Columbus Street legal Outlaw shootout.
He shows up most Wednesday nights for the Grudge Racing. (On a trailer)
Wednesday nights is 7 second cars up against 19 second cars for the time trials.

So do they run two seven second cars back to back for every 19 second car? That'd suck getting passed TWICE during a run. hahahah

*edit- eye kan spel.

My Si runs 15 flat.
I had to race against a max wedge Hemi Cuda.
He ran a 10 flat.
It was depressing.

I feel for you, i had to race a hemi cuda at midnight madness, just in time trials so it wasn't to bad, but he was done before i got halfway down the track. Very sad day, i think i was just watching him the whole time, i didn't care about trying.

That looks like it's a PT101 or PT106. My friend has a PT91 on his mustang and he's running high 7's with some potential left, and a PT101 is good for 6's, so i'd say it's one of the 2.

after i'd lose against a 10 sec. car, i'd get out the car, challenge him to a foot race, and gain my dignity back..
