Default 669whp LS Dyno

First off thanks to Tony Palo for helping with a few things on this car

This is the highest hp dyno queen LS I have personally seen. I could care less for dyno sheets but the car will not see the track until the new fuel setup goes in, retune and I set the car up for the track for the owner. Took it out on the streets afterwards to run a Vette. Has a way togo before being track ready (boost by gear/time, new M&H tires, etc)

* E85 pump fuel
* DART 84mm block
* Crower 62404 cams
* Crower dual valve springs
* Crower titanium retainers
* ARP head studs
* BEP S372 @ 34lbs
* Small CXRacing intercooler
* Forward face exhaust manifold
* 4" downpipe
* T1 trigger kit
* AEM EMS
* Aeromotive Eliminator fuel pump
* Fuel Injector Clinic 1650cc injectors
* LS transmission (being replaced with shorter transmission)

I think he used an OEM Honda head gasket from Golden Eagle Mfg.

I thought it was going to heat up but it doesnt. Highest temps I saw on the dyno (98 degree dyno temps) were 200. Highest I saw on street driving and boosting were 205

Very nice indeed, love seeing a big power ls. how are you getting away with that tight *** intercooler just bcause of the e85? whats the intake temps? what kind of boost pressure made that power with that bw turbo

Yes. If the car were on gasoline I would have asked him to run a properly sized intercooler. Also he had planned on running E100 but I asked him not to. On that pull intake temps at beginning of the pull were 100F and at end of pull 109F. 34lbs made that power. He is redoing the fuel system and we are going to try for more. Not sure what's left if anything

Where are you from? It wasn't simple. I made the owner change A LOT in his original setup. In his original setup I tuned it on Sunoco Maximal (116), 67mm turbo and Crower 402T cams. I told him to take the 402T cams out and put 404 cams in. Went from 450whp @ 28.5lbs with 402T's to 520whp @27.5lbs with just that change. I have the dyno sheets somewhere. In short it isn't just the tuning but the ability of a tuner to tell you what needs changing, etc.

Spoke to the owner today. Current fuel system sold. He's working on the new fuel system. Should be back on the dyno within two weeks or so

Oil squirters are for cooling the piston skirts on cast pistons. Most people take them out when they build them to gain some oil pressure which is more important.

Just out of curiosity, why would you not want him to run E98/E100??

The main girdle also isnt needed . its added security but plenty of motors out there revving high without a girdle
