Wanted to know if it is possible to run a precision 6265, with an a/c compatible manifold..
I know there may be a good bit of the block, that would have to be shaved..

If anyone has pulled it off,what housing are you using..

With the proper manifold, yes. With the cast iron type, I don't think so. You'd really have to shave a lot of the block down.

was thinking about a ramhorn or a mini-ram, with a 3" dp..

speed factory i wa. has a manifold that will work for the 6265 with a/c. ask for ricky

The 6265 uses either a T04E or T04S compressor cover, with the same dimensions as Garrett. So whatever exhaust manifold that you have that can fit a Garrett turbocharger of similar size dimensions, and you want to fit a 6265. It is generally more difficult to fit the T04S cover than the T04E, so you may have to make some changes if going for the larger compressor cover.

Now if it were a Borg-Warner with a different cartridge length, this might be a different story.
