Default 6,7 or 8 spark plug

I have a stock b16 on 10 psi on a drag turbo kit. i think its a T3/T4 turbo.
Which number spark plug should i run.

7 or 8, depends on which u can get easier, the 7 is a step colder and the 8 is 2 steps.

I run 8's in my stock B16 @ 10psi (SC34)
