500+ WHP from a d16???
I find it also to be BS... sounded like it as soon as I saw the tq numbers and graph.
BTW checked my graphs too... all my dynos intersect tq and hp like everyone else. also all my graphs start at hp/tq numbers that are equal.

Here goes some quotes from this joker that cracks me up..
high strength stock compression head gasket <-----lol
high pressure valve springs <-----lol
braided oversized stainless steel fuel lines
600+hp axles <----LMAO..total BS,there is NOT one company that makes 600+ho axles for Ds,closest youll get to that is if you use a ZC tranny with 27 spline outputs then DSS will make you custom stage 5s rated at 500..otherwise with regular D tranny, stage 3s are top shelf
t3/t4 ball bearing turbo - stage 3 wheel <---lol..I think he got a GT30BS
OMG!!! He is not just a Bullshit Artist....
I also was able to show some kid in a mustang that his car was slow. it was actually kind of funny. He was reving at me at a light. i got out the laptop and changed to my high boost fuel map and i set my boost controller to about 20psi. I babyed it off the line (Just for Fun). It took me no time to catch him. i sat right next to him for a couple seconds, then my friend waved at him and i pinned it. I was at 120 before i knew it. He had no idea what hit him.
...He's also gay

That's not true. T3/T4 turbos can put out 20psi boost. A hybrid turbo uses the T3 turbine (standard, stage II, or stage III trim) with T4 compressor (T04B or T04E). The T04B and T04E compressors can handle 20psi. Below are the rough calculations I quickly threw up for max PSI on each T04B and T04E compressor housing (I couldn’t print the maps to get accurate numbers):
T04B S-3 = 31psi
T04B V1/V2 = 33psi
T04B H-3 = 29psi
T04E 40 trim = 33psi
T04E 46 trim = 32psi
T04E 50 trim = 35psi
T04E 54 trim = 31psi
T04E 57 trim = 33psi
T04E 60 trim = 28psi

i guess he watched the whole lap top tuning/racing the ferrari part of Fast and Furious one too many times.

anybody see the other problem with this...don't t3/t4s have a higher spool rpm...
I mean be pretty low until at least 4000 and then jump when the boost kicks in. D series or not the CFM need to push the compressor wheel is not exactly what the D series is know for. the D series doesn't have that high a flow rate at low rpms

i can name about 100 things wrong with his story. here is another post on that forum where someone lists some parts they run... check it out:
custom turbonectics t3/t4 ball bearing turbo
custom drag fmic
custom race intake manifold w/cutom 70 mm tb
20 over weisco 9.5:1 compression pitons ( custom not shelf)
eagle ion series rods w/ all arp bolts through entire motor
4" downpipe
3.5" sratight flow exhaust w/ bomz muffler and y cap for racing
ported custom str fuel rail
hondata s200 w/ datalog, boost control of course, and nitrous control (didn't know they had boost CONTROL as well as nitrous CONTROL)
venom 2000 ran through hondata w/ 100 shot fogger ( ???)
series r custom stage 5 full metallic clutch
cutom 950CC saturated injectors from monkeywrench racing (saturated???)
underdrive pullies from aem
no a/c
aem time gear
crower stage 3 race cam for turbo
ferrea 1mm over super flo intake and exhaust valves
custom lock retainers and springs
600 hp custom race axles (didn't know they made that quality of axles for d-series engines??)
d16a6 crank balanced and knife-edged
blockguard (custom) welded in
160 amp alternater from powerhouse
optima race series battery
300 lph siamese fuel delivery setup (255 primary 140 secondary)
wideband o2 sensor
5 angle valve job w/ of course port and polish
msd btm 6 w/ blaster 2 coil and magnacore 9mm wires
aem fpr
you gotta like how they list everything as "custom". that way when you call b.s. he can say "yeah.. they don't make that.. but mine is custom blah blah"
sounds like the people over there like to make "wish lists".
that site blows.

That's what I meant. It doesn't actually control boost cause from what I see it's just an ECU and boost is actually controlled by the waste gate and the amount of pressure going from the compressor to the wastegate and I highly doubt that it has that feature.
