440's are plenty fine. with 95psi rail pressure I made 365.4whp and 274.8ftlbs at 90% duty cycle.... and at a base pressure of 43.5 they are good to support 254whp @ 80% duty cycle.

Thats good to know. I was concerned that my new purchase of 450s might have been a bad choice. I have a adjustable fuel pressure regulator perhaps I should install it.

If I have 300hp on my setup once tuned next week I will be one happy ******.

yeah 450's will be fine w/ added fuel rail pressure. Not only does this make the injector able to support more power, but it makes it more efficent. It'll vapoize a tone better meaning more fuel is being burnt instead of being pushed out the exhaust valves as un burnt fuel. Youll have less carbon build up and better gas milage. I current get 34-37mph with my LS vtec setup. Thats with getting on it every once in a while, city driving mixed with highway. So it "could" even emprove if I decided to go on a long highway trip w/ no gaggin it
