where can i get a 4 inch exhaust?

Diesel part store. They have up to 6" exhaust system.

The only 4 inch exhaust Ive heard of was JouleSpeed, but I'm not sure where you can get them.

Full-Race can make you a custom 4" exhaust for your setup

 

Any decent fabricator should be able to. It will be a custom piece.
