In the 300HP Club!
Finally got it dynoed. Crome rules!!!
Setup:
B18C1 w/Stock Internals, Precision SC34 69Trim .63A/R, Precision Small IC, Inline Pro 5bolts Manifold, Walbro 255lp FP, Drag Piping Kits for ITR setup, Drag 2.5in DP connected to 2.5 mid pipe w/no cat to a stock TypeR muffler" Losing some ponies there", JG Victor X IM, Tial 38mm Wastegate w/.8bar spring, Greddy Type S BOV, RC550cc Saturated Injectors and finally...of course tuned using chipped p28 with CROME software.
If you notice, my red line is actually @8400. Somehow the graph got cut off before that. After so many runs, and shutting off to switch chips back and forth between runs, my car started to heat up real bad that the coolant reservoir started to spill out coolant and we decided to call it the night. One hour on the dyno, made total of 14 runs. I pick the best of the runs showing on the graph.
My "tuned" bin is free if anyone got the same setup. Just msg me if you need it.
For to show the torque power...again...i think the numbers could have been higher with an aftermarket muffler.

Jeff of Boosted-Hybrid.com tuned for me. First time for him tuning Crome. He's impressed with the software. So do I.

You ******** making 300+ on stock motors REALLY makes me want to grow some ***** and head back to the dyno.
How much boost are you running, what manifold etc. What is your whole setup?

Re: In the 300HP Club! (newgsrdriver)
Congratulations Richie ! I knew as soon as I saw the setup and the wastegate spring you had that 300 wouldn't be a problem at all. I wish I could of stayed for the whole dyno day but I had to attend a wedding that evening . I'll be breaking 300 pretty soon, hopefully .
btw hows 3rd gear traction ?

Stock GSR block, InlinePro manifold, Victor X Intake Manifold, Precision Intercooler (The 350hp one), Precision SC34. Thats all I remember.
Good numbers Richie. Glad you finally got all tuned.

This is the final dyno run with the safer a/f that is in Richie's car now.
Overall, I really like Chrome. The only thing that I don't like about it is that I can't dial in a perfectly straight a/f curve. Even though changes were made to a/f values, the engine wasn't responding to the changes. Since this was my first time touching the software, there are probably some things that I overlooked, but I was very pleased with the result.
The car was running about 12lbs of boost.

Thanks guys! It's really fun on the street...tomorrow night I will take it to the track and see the time slips.
Where do I put the bin on here so anyone can use it if they want to.

Re: In the 300HP Club! (boosted hybrid)
Jeff...don't give up on Uberdata and Crome just yet. You will master it soon enough. Thank you for the tune. If it wasn't for the heating problem we had from shutting down and starting up the car each time we swapped the chips....I think we would have gotten down flat?
You did a good job Jeff...thanks!
If anyone in the PA,NJ and need a tuner....I recommend you talk to Jeff...he does Hondata...and crome...and uberdata...and donuts....and many other stuff I can't say on here.

Awww Mike..you're too kind. Wouldn't mind wrapping a rope on your tow hook to feel the power you're having. Will be years before I'll join the 500HP club like u Mike. Congrat to you for making the mark on xoticmotorsports billboard.

It was nice meeting you Richie. I'm glad you are happy with the car; I was really impressed with it.
Don't worry about not being in the 500whp club, I'll only be in the 300whp club too by this summer.
