3" exhaust ?

Is there piping that is a true 3" Inside diameter... If not then i think im going to be buying some 3.5" piping but who sells 3.5" v-bands

i have there 3" cat-back but the inside diameter is like 2.7"

Tubing is sold by outside diameter and pipe is sold by I.D.
So 3" w/.060" wall is only 2.875 at best.
