Buy a rod bolt stretch gauge and tighten them properly. Otherwise, determine what bolt size you have and look on the sheet that comes with them to determine ARP's recomended torque value. Or of that doesn't work for you, use the goddamned search and look in archived content. There are about 28485683653587 threads about Eagle rod bolt torque.
Screw you buddy I have look and searched so instead of being a dick maybe reply with a little more honda-tech attitude cause I don't need to know what a search is after I have look and there is not 2345567678998756 searches for eagle rods and even if there is I would rather discuss it before I do it. So then Mr know it all what are the specs then...... Oh and if I had the sheet I definitely would be asking...MR.Cool Guy

yeah without a stretch gauge you gotta tq it down and loosen it 3-4 times..you'll be all good..for example tq it down then loosen,tq it down then loosen,tq it down then loosen, you get the point

what if I torque it 10lbs then 15lbs then 20lbs rotated it torque them to 25lbs then rotated it and then torque it to 28lbs would that be ok cause I assembled block last night didn't realize you had to loosen then tighten will I be ok? its a boosted motor should I tear it back down and loosen them then tighten, then loosen then tighten will my oil pan gasket need to be replaced if I have to tear it down again...

Since you are incapable of using a search system that a toddler could master, I'll spoon feed you. And no, you don't have to torque them multiple times.
