Default 13 pounds on d16z6

i was originally plan 9 pounds on my stock d16z6 with a t28 and uberdata but i decided to buy a t3 and boost more my question is could my stock motor handle 13 pounds off juts tuning if not how much and if its like 9 should i just stick with a t28 instead of a t3. my set-up would be stock d16z6 in 94 cx tuned p28 with uberdata JRC 6 in front intercooler 2 1/2 inch inlet and out let 2 1/4 inch down pipe with 2 1/2 exaust piping?thanks and i searched here turbod1,and everywhere else everything is too general i need straight anwser. thanks guys.

I say stick with the T3...you will not be dissapointed and wont have the hassle of swapping out the t28 in the future. Good thing about the T28 is that (if it's from the sr20 cars) you can always upgrade to the ball bearing t28 if it's not already.
You should at least throw on some ARP head bolts and a good head gasket...maybe Cometic 3-layer metal head gasket or something of that sort.
It will do you good in the long run.
13psi will be pushing your Z6. Tuning is key.
