12s in a LS?
I know i've seen a few here running stock internals with not more than 10 psi and hit high 12s with slick.
What are your mods exactly? And if anybody have the link to their web sites, or dyno sheets it would be appreciated. Some Montreal isuzu club members over here don't believe the power of a turbocharged LS
thanks

My friend in a LS 12.8 with slicks. All he had was the Drag III kit, intank fuel pump, injectors, and an AFC.
My buddy is pretty good with tuning, so I guess that's how he did it. He promised me a 12.8 too. We'll soon see.

12's should be very easy in an ls and a lot easier in a gsr. The combination of a basic kit and about 8-9 psi of boost should put an ls into the 12's easily. U must have some kind of a sticky tire to put the number's down or you will have some traction problems.

Re: 12s in a LS? (Evil GS-R)
This is what i thought, if you look at the ET they're doing, the MPH is low for a "12"
So traction is the key, i'm trying to explain it to them but....anyway
I dont think they realize the potential of that motor under boost.

104 mph and up traps should be good enough for a 12 second pass on a 1.8 or lower 60ft teggy. This ofcourse in its stock wieght form, with weight reduction the times will be lower.

i've ran a best of 12.79@103mph that was at 9psi...
i always run full interior and open downpipe on 22in slicks...
the motor is still stock and im running the pump/fmu set up....
dont sleep on the ls....
