10 degrees?

Does this sound right? The person who installed my revhard stage 2 onto my b16 retarded the timing by 10 degrees? I see people talk about 1 to 4 degrees retarding but not 10!!!

i thought people set their timing at idle to 10 degrees, down from 16 stock.
