just curious if any of you big hp guys have ran the 1/8th mile on street tires.

we went tonite for ***** and giggles, with pos dunlop tires on 16 inch rims with full pressure we ran 8.8 at 92. noooooooo traction at all anywhere on the track, spinning past the finish. we had fun though. i got the 2 step in the ems dialed in nice. sounds like im holding the rpms still with the throttle, got a few 2.1 60 foots. the car made just over 500hp last time we were on the dyno.. prolly at aorund 450 tonite.. we emptied the methanol out on the way to the track so we were running on low boost
