What are current good known tuners in Texas? I don't care where (Austin, Dallas, Houston, etc).
Only ones I can think of that are known to be good are D3 and possibly Jotech.
No, JMS does not count as a "good" tuner. I'm pretty sure Noribilt is rightfully dead too, but same thing there.
