Motor is purring like new and oil levels haven't dropped since I am not hitting vtec crossover. This really will be a great motor at the price!

It's pretty much stated. Local pickup, 650$ for longblock OR 450$ for head // 250$ for shortblock.
Trust me, this is a GREAT price. Like I said, if you are serious you are more than welcome to come test drive and see for yourself.

Basically, the thread was made as a feeler of sorts and created to weed out any flakes. Right now I have no one who has fully committed to the sale. I will accept a down payment and I would have you sign a contract in order to rest assure that your money is safe. If not, it will be first come first serve once the motor is pulled.
This deal is really at a great price and I have had many interests as a result, but no definite answer.
