hi all i have a question i have swapped a d14a2 with a b16a got it working, now i want the standard cluster to work (ef cluster) and the ecu needs a signal from the vss to engage the vtec so i have had to install the vss which then makes the speedo useless, i have also wired in a apexi neo which i've set to engage the vtec at the standard rpm range, now that the ecu doesn't control the vtec can i then change the vss back to the cable driven one so my speedo will work? will the ecu still change the timing and fuel when in vtec without the speed signal?
