Default Will a P28 chip work on a P05 conv. into vtec?

Hi guys, I have a P05 ecu converted into vtec in my B16 civic and was wondering if a P28 or P30 ecu chip will work fine in my ecu? I'm asking because it's easier to find a P28/P30 chip than a P05 chip converted into vtec. Thanks for the help.

i second that, a p05 running vtec means it is converted and using a p28 map of some sort. You should use p28 maps, and i suspect you will not have any issues.
