My 92 Honda Accord has a weird problem.While driving the engine will miss and sputter.The check engine light will come on and it will start to run smoothly again.I have tried to pull some codes by jumping blue connector ,but no luck. Any ideas?

 

Does the light flash while your driving. If it is that is an indication that you have a misfire issue. Is it only at higher RPM or does it do it all the time?

First step would be to check your spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor.
Then you can move on to testing the ignitor and ignition coil.
If all of these ignition components check out it's time to check your fuel system.
Check the fuel pressure regulator and ensure that all 4 injectors are pulsing properly.

You could also try a compression test, low compression in a cylinder can also cause these issues.
