Hi everyone,

I've been burning up the interwebs trying to sort out swapping a k24a2 into my 07 Element automatic, which is an a8 stock.

I haven't made contact with anyone else who has made this swap (with auto in an 07-08), although I'm not the first to have the idea.

As Ktuner isn't available for my stock ECU (confirmed) my question is this: would it be better to run an ECU that matches the engine? Then I get the right vtec response and injector sizing.

Or, and this is crazy, can I run 2 ECUs in parallel?

Feed both of them all the inputs and route the proper outputs to the proper places? I don't mind repinning or doing a custom harness. It actually sounds fun to me.
