I'm having tps issues I no how to set it manually I'm getting good reading which are red wire 0.50 volts yellow wire 5.00 volts and green wire is 0.03 and its suppose to be 0.01 could this be reason for low rpm sputtering ect also what I thought is really weird is when I disconnect the tps plug it dosnt through a check engine light thanks for any insight ,,oh car is eg h22a turbo hatch running hondata just built the block ,,I'm just trying to get the car running good soo I can drive it to get tunned thanks

 

Oh and yes the check engine bolb is in there car runs idles high though like 1500 rpms,, this car is taking over my life lol no seriously
