Default Timing ? Pressure in system

Pressure in the system no sign of a headgasket leak but I just started learning tuning. But my question is if u run to much timing can that cause pressure in the system checked the plugs no antifreeze on them any help that could lead me in the right direction would be awesome . Iam also new at this so if u have a smart comment please leave it to your self just trying to learn thanx again

or the radiator cap..............
When you open the cap does it sound like a shaken up 2 liter?
If so the cap is bad because it is not relieving pressure.
