Serial Logging Anyone do it?
Has anyone used the serial logging straight from the wideband unit (in my case LC-1) directly to the laptop and used that to tune in the tuning software? Seems like that would be the most accurate way to tune, without needing to do offsets. I tried it in Neptune RTP and it works fine but the gauge is a little different so I don't know which one to trust (the gauge or serial output).

I also have implemented the serial logging from an aem uego by making a (d3?) connector from the (blue) data wire and a ground, logging afr via hyperterminal and evoscan when tuning evos on stock ecu.
Basically all I needed to do is hook it up to my laptop like I would in the instructions (LC-1). Then in Neptune I set it up under preferences (says in Neptune what to do), then you just hit start serial logging and it's set. I wish I would of saw it a long time ago.
