Default results of my first tune need input

I'm new to tuning, this was my first turbo build and full tune, over sized injectors that is.

Mods
stock b20
custom log manifold
dsm injectors
turbonetics t3 turbo very small .48ar
no exhaust only down pipe under the oil pan
crank case vented
only 8psi

the car preformed extremely well, at the track i ran 13.3 at 113 spinning in 2nd with street tires.

My wideband stayed at 13.1 in boost.

motor still running when i pulled it apart, for a b20/vtec turbo. the pics are just after i pulled the head. everything is golden brown but the valve stems in the ports are whiteish in color. this was only a street tune. the nearest dyno is an hour and a half from here. should the valve stems be white? i have no anti lag setup.

Thanks

why you pull it apart if it was running?

Give it more fuel. I like to see 12.0-12.3 for low boost. And depending on the person who owns the car and if i know how spirited they are or if i can determine how likely it is for them to go on the interstate and make a 5th gear pull, I will sometimes run high 11's even for low boost.

ok thanks i have a gtech and it would make less power at 12.5 or lower. but traction is a huge issue so it may not be spot on. I havent messed with the timing yet just retarded the timing .75 degree for every pound of boost. Im just playing it safe while i slowly push the car.

Gtech? Yeah, don't use that. Your AFR is lean for boost, should be in the high 11 area. Motor looks fine, why take it apart?

13:1 is too lean in boost(even low boost). You need to be down in the 12.0:1 range for low boost.

What are you doing with the P8R?

your motor looks healthy and fine but those plugs are a little lean for boost! even for NA i'd say 12.5afrs on wot and your peak tq should also rise you'll be fine better be rich than lean and plz do check your plugs after every tune! if you have a good eye your plugs can save your engine! cheers
