Default REGARDING BASEMAPS!

ok so here is my question lets sayy I have a basemap for a stock Turbo vehicle like the vw 1.8t,lets sayy this tune bumps the psi and does all the rest of normal tuning procedures BUT for a fully stock setup.

now considering I have the very same vehicle and that tune as a basemap except my car has a downpipe, test pipe, catback, intake, eliminated egr valve.

what changes would you have to do to the tune(basemap) in order to conpensate to the changes the mods listed above are responsible for?

what would you recommended changing to best benefit from those mods?

Please also note this is a diesel vehicle, a superduty truck to be exact, yeah yeah I know this HT what ever I would just appreciate some thoughts and suggestions regarding this basemap I have or if its even worth going forward with it!
