I just have a quick question, what would i need to be able to burn basemaps for local people around my area. I know a lot of people that need basemaps burned and local shop charge an arm and leg....

Do you even know how to create a basemap? Look up Crome on Google for a beginner.

They charge a lot of money because it's not easy. If you don't know what you're doing, don't risk blowing up someone's motor... you won't get away with a slap on the hand.

I have made basemaps before that are still on current boosted cars and running beautifully but ive also have had to take the basemaps to the local tuner to burn them on to the chips. I know the software part, but the HARDWARE part is what i need to know what do i need to get?

or just buy my stuff in the FS section at the top of the Engine Management page. That has everything you need, even an ecu if you want. Tune, burn, and datalog all in the package for cheaper than you can buy new.

Get a demon, and go neptune or ectune.. or cromepro even..

get off the chip era.. unless money is that tight.
