Default PWM boost install

I am working on installing the boost control components into a P06 v.1720 and have found the supposedly empty Q20 transistor spot occupied. why is it there? what value is it and should i replace it with the one from the kit?
it is factory installed.

If the spot is occupied, you do not need to replace it
