I am recently having problems with my ostrich it wont connect anymore it justs says failed to open com port, tried switching to another com port to see if that would resolve the issue but the same problem, no matter wich port I use. Anyone having these problems? Btw this is with Ectune

 

 

You may have to go back into device manager and reassign your com port and set it up as per the Moates installation instructions.

Are you using multiple tuning software with the ostrich?

I downloaded the Demon/Ostrich reset software from Moates and it solved this issue some of the time.

if these software solutions don't work, you may have a hardware issue.
