Default PR3 ECU

hey everyone i got a b16 in my 91 civic sedan running a pr3 ecu and was going to turbo it and wanted to know if i can tune it with hondata or ectune if i can do one or the other what program would be the better one for it thanx

My friend this depends on if you have an OBD0 or OBD1 PR3. If its OBD0 then you should use BRE. you can download BRE @ forum.pgmfi.org
