Power Chips?
While looking at ebay and found a $25 powerchip.

Are these even worth the $25? There suppose to add power and Mileage.

I came in here because I was hungry and you were talking about chips... or so I thought...
...the "Power Chip" is typically just a few cent resistor (I am not sure of the value both in currency and resistance) that usually goes inline with the intake air temperature sensor. It tricks the ECU into thinking colder air is coming into the engine so it dumps more fuel.
Bottom line: unless you want lower gas mileage without any other benefits, then stay away from this SCAM!

^^^ agree.. just get a good tune, chrome or hondata depending on much cash you got to spend..they make more, just look around..not on fleabay though, unless its a private seller, just search around you can send your ecu off most of the time..
And you can't send your ECU off to get tuned. You can only send it off to get chipped and then they may load some 'performance tune' that wasn't meant specifically for your engine.
Looks sketchy and 40hp gain? Lets be serious.. Some Racing Chips are legit but all I can see from this (without a proper dyno chart zz) is it sucking in gas and spitting out half assed results. I would look at reviews before you shoot it down though!
