PGMfi RTP how to load program to NSVRAM

PGMfi RTP how to load program to NSVRAM
Im build RTP board following http://wikitest.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/...imeProgramming , just now want to test it, but car not even start.
is there i miss any step here:
1. Build RTP board + soldering all component.
2. Install at P30-000 Jdm ecu.
3. Used < C R O M E > free to load bin to DALLAS DS1230AB-200 (write entire ROM image to ecu ) but it fail.
or i need to burn bin file to NSVRAM first?
