Default PCV

I made an account just to ask this question I'm new to Hondas and currently have a b18b1 with a b16 head and recently while having the engine reassembled I don't have a pcv box or whatever on the back of the block and currently I'm at a lose of what I'm supposed to do any suggestions

You need an external can/PCV system. The 96+ B18B and B20B/Z engines had the PCV system contained within the valve cover, and you've deleted the system by replacing that with a vtec head. There are a million threads on this topic on this forum.
