Default P72 IAB A17 Problems

I have an OBD1 P72 ecu that is chipped using Ostrich 2.0 and Crome. My IAB's do not work. IAB is set to open at ~5700rpm in Crome. I have +12V straight from the battery (fused) and A17 to my solenoid.

I have tested my solenoid by supplying it +12V and Gnd and it does work correctly.

I did a continuity test between Gnd and A17 and I am seeing ~ 475 ohms. Is it possible my transistor Q34 is bad? Physically it looks okay, no burns. Maybe Crome is not telling A17 to turn on?

In the meantime I have ordered a new transistor to replace Q34. Other than that I'm not sure what else to do. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks!

Update:
Made a new Crome bin and wrote it to my Ostrich and now my IAB works.
