Default P28 on Non-Vtec?

Is this possible by simply switching off the vtec, tune as normal and run fine on a Non Vtec integra? I've been looking into purchasing the Neptune RTP unit and how to tune, but i just want to be clear.

I'm running low boost, til I can get the hang n some mods..

Yes, you can simply disable vtec in neptune & run the p28 as a non-vtec ecu.
