Is it possible to use a 470 ohm resistor for this spot instead of the 820 ohm resistor? Or is it going to blow?

Sorry dumb moment, sometimes thinking too hard makes me dumb.

Just got done chipping my p06. I have a cel 41. Tried disabling it on Crome but it still exist. Which component on the circuit board controls the Primary oxygen sensor heater?

Is it possible that not having capacitor in C51 be causing this? Car starts up fine. All the solder joints look good.
