My understanding is that the differences with OBDO, 1 AND 2 is that each represents what was done to the ECU, and so forth to meet increasingly stricter emissions standards. Correct?
I have a '91 CRX SI with a B16 swap. Which Oxygen sensor setup and OBDO system should I run to get the most efficiency and power? I am located in a county in Arizona that does not require emissions testing.

On civics/integras;

88-91 are OBD0
92-95 are OBD1
96-98 civics are OBD2A
96-99 integras are OBD2A
99-00 civics are OBD2B
00-01 integras are OBD2B

The simplist setup for your car is to keep it OBD0, however you have many more options if you convert to OBD1 as far as engine management/chipped ECU's, etc...
